Hashishene
Hashishene is a monoterpene named from hashish. The smell is woody and slightly green, sometimes compared to a dried herb or a faint apple note. It is not a standard item in perfume oils. It showed up because people looked at the resin, not the fresh flower.
In 2014 a lab group in Nice reported it in Moroccan hash samples and traced it to myrcene. Sun, air, and the long drying used to make hash rearrange myrcene into this other shape. Fresh flower rarely lists it. Aged resin does. That is why the word is tied to hash rather than to a cultivar family.
On a modern panel it is still uncommon. When it prints, it is a clue about how the material was handled, not a parent strain. Myrcene is the molecule it comes from. The myrcene page covers that starting name.
